As you no doubt know, the member of Talking Heads who is missing from this list is David Byrne.
Jerry Harrison had previously been in Jonathan Richman's band, the Modern Lovers. Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth founded Tom Tom Club in 1981, as a "side project" to Talking Heads.
Talking Heads disbanded in 1991. Harrison, Weymouth and Frantz continued without Byrne, as Shrunken Heads, and released an album in 1996 as The Heads.
